 These Zoning Regulations are based on the principles provided for in the Comprehensive Land Use Plan: 2016-2030 of the Municipality of Rosario, Batangas, Philippines adopted through the Sangguniang Bayan Resolution No. 223-2020 dated December 07, 2020 and the Municipal Ordinance No. 574 series of 2020, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the Municipality of Rosario, Batangas.
