ZONING REVIEWER COMMENT
This section outlines the various zones into which the Municipality has been subdivided, and how they are identified and specified.
The focus here is on the Water Zone, which is the rivers and creeks delineated in the Cadastral Survey CAD-426-D for the Municipality of Rosario, Batangas, and adopted in the Land Use Map.
This section also outlines various methods for identifying these zones, including the use of tax maps, GPS coordinates, and landmarks in the area. Overall, the provision seems to be aimed at ensuring that the different zones in the Municipality are clearly defined and easily identifiable.
